Kim Waters: I am a REALTOR®, Rotarian and Pilot. I love working with buyers and sellers alike to achieve home dreams. I am also a real estate investor and help others become investors as well. I am an AirBnb superhost and can share investing strategies on second homes and vacation homes as well. We are general aviation enthusiasts, flying both a Cessna 182 Skylane and a Top Cub. I am a native of Gainesville GA and love introducing others to Lake Lanier and Northeast Georgia. We live at Lake Lanier and love to show lake property from our boat. My husband, David Stovall, is with Norton Acreage & Commercial and works with clients buying and selling acreage, commercial and investment properties.
